Round-the-clock access
The Harley Street Paediatric Group is a one-stop centre for paediatric healthcare for children of all ages. Our policy is never to say no to a sick child.
Our consultants can be contacted out of usual working hours and our urgent referral system means children can be examined and, if necessary, admitted straight away to the Harley Street Clinic.
Under the direction of Dr Jack Singer, London's top paediatric specialists have come together as the first independent group of paediatricians to offer a unique healthcare service for children of all ages.
For the first time in the UK, the A-Z of paediatric healthcare is available on Harley Street: with investigations, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and continuing care. Children and parents have one point of contact: a general paediatrician who oversees a case from start to finish.
On Harley Street, there are consulting rooms, treatment rooms for minor procedures and rooms for audiology.
These are child friendly spaces, designed with young patients in mind: Children will find toy boxes filled with tactile play items and their favourite DVD's on screen.
Even waiting is fun: a dedicated children's room features, games, a library of movies, rotating projections and a toddlers play centre. It's so much fun, children don't want to leave!
Our key inpatient facility, The Harley Street Clinic, is directly across the street. Part of the HCA International group of hospitals, the clinic has unparalleled facilities for paediatric intensive care and the UK's largest independent paediatric cardiac unit.
Care is round-the-clock and nursing is one-to-one. A 13-bed paediatric intensive care unit is complimented by a separate high-dependency unit and a dedicated 18-bed inpatient ward. Whilst being our base, The Harley Street Clinic is not our sole inpatient facility: for some specialist procedures, children are sent to the hospital where we believe they will be best treated.
